The light of consciousness

An old work made for a calendar picture by order of an enterprise that offered equipment for the study of surfaces using micro devices. I developed the idea and executed the rendering according to the approved sketch. Here is an alternative option that was not accepted by the customer. I added some details in it. The initial idea adopted by the customer was narrower and had to reflect only the light of the scientist's thought by the researchers and the microcosm surrounding him. The idea of an alternative illustration is that our world and we, including this consciousness. What consciousness is directed at is amplified and filled with various details.
